Located around the corner from Sunset Junction, this 12,000SF apartment building contains nine units – four studios and five 2-bed apartments – spread between two distinct blocks and divided by a landscaped central courtyard.

Responding to the complex hillside site, the building presents as a solid volume clad in perforated and solid aluminum panels, and broken up further by the glazing elements into the façade.
